Since 2021 I have been leading a programme every year with an incredible group of women, for 21 days to set up our year in the most incredible year.
2024 was a challenging year for many of us...
For me personally it has meant the dismantling of my world as I knew it.
And the end of 2024 I find myself standing amidst the ashes,
breathing in the past version 2024 of me and whispering to myself...
"I am ready to claim my new story in 2025..."

To join me for 21 days as I clean up the ashes and rise like a phoenix to claim my new story moving forward... and this story begins in 2025.
Rising of the phoenix will be an intense programme starting with
a call every morning, calling you in for daily reflections, contemplations and
daily practices and intensions.
This is a group format with a daily 30 min call, group reflections, activations, meditations, we will get the horses involved as well.
The rising of the phoenix is divided into 3 weeks:

We start on January 2nd at 7pm CEST with setting intensions for 2025.

I will go live every day at 8am for about 30 min. with the topic for the day and the exercise & intension for the day.

Replays will be available shortly after the meetings :).

There are exercises and homework every day, and should take you approx 20-30min per day.

We will have a Telegram group to celebrate and hold each other accountable.
